Twirl dresses are the best! We ordered this dress for Christmas and it was perfect. We are in between sizes so my 3 year old wore 3/4 for RTG normally in size 2 dresses.
I bought this for my 5 year old daughter she is 45 pounds normally in a size 6/7 I bought a 7/8 for longer wear and it fits greats just has more length to it. She wants one in every color!
