Each day will have a different sale and details will be posted for that day! GIFTCARDS are the only exclusion, except on giftcard sale days

Everything else that is currently on our site is eligible for the discount!

 WHAT ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

All items we have inventory of on the site will be available for purchase during our sales! We will have EXCLUSIVE items added on Friday at 7am PST(yay!!!), however there will be NO RESTOCKS during the sales.

 CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

Absolutely, if an item is marked down, you can absolutely use the code BF to save!

 CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?

No, unfortunately our site only allows one code per order, however you can use a giftcard in conjunction with a discount code.

 CAN YOU COMBINE ORDERS DURING THE SALE?

Due to the large amount of orders that we receive during this amazing grateful time, we are not able to combine orders during the BLACK FRIDAY MONTH.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN YOU SWAP SIZES OR CANCEL THE ORDER?

During our week of sales, please pay close attention to your cart before placing your order, we will be unable to change, cancel or update any items in the orders. We have a ZERO cancellation policy during this time.  

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE CLOTHES DON'T FIT- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

All items sold during any sale or that has been purchased with a discount code are  FINAL SALE. If for any reason, you have received a defective or damaged product, please shoot an email with a photo, order number and description to hello@millieandroo.com within 72 hrs of receiving item.

I FORGOT TO ENTER THE CODE AT CHECKOUT, CAN I BE REFUNDED THE DIFFEERENCE?

During large sales like this, we will graciously refund the discount (if forgotten + placed. during the correct time frame) on the order in a form of a shop credit in your ROO account. You must be logged into the website with the email you placed the order to see the credit.
